Power Poppers - Terms of business

Before you buy products online from Power Poppers, please be sure to read this page in its entirety. By placing your order with us, you signify your complete understanding and agreement to these Terms.

1. Payment terms
All orders must be fully paid for before they are shipped. We accept online payments by VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We bill in United Stated Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) and British Pounds (GBP).

2. Payment security
All payments are processed through an industry-standard secure payment gateway that utilises "Verified by Visa" and "MasterCard SecureCode" technology (as and where applicable). The system is fully compliant with stringent data security requirements of Card Associations; see www.visaeu.com/acceptingvisa/datasecurity.html and www.mastercardonline.com for further information.

3. Shipping and delivery
We know fast delivery is important to all clients, and we ship virtually all orders within 24 hours from the time of receipt by Priority Airmail. Actual delivery times vary depending on where you are in the world. We regret we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays, nor for any import restrictions that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4. Returns and refunds
We want you to be completely happy with the products and service you receive from us. If, however, you should be dissatisfied for whatever reason, you may return any unused products in their original packaging for a complete refund.

The offer of refund applies to products returned within 14 days of purchase, and you must notify us by email, phone or fax before you return any products. Please also note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the products to us (i.e. you pay for shipping the goods back to us). Furthermore, the offer of refund only applies to the actual purchase price of any products; we cannot refund the shipping fee we originally charged to cover the cost of delivery to you.

5. Your privacy
In order to deliver your order to you, we require that you provide us with personally identifiable information that consists of your name, postal address and email address. Optionally, you may provide us with your telephone number. All your personal information is understood to be private and is treated as such.

We never share, sell, lend or otherwise disseminate any of your personal information. We ensure adequate security of all systems that collect, process and store any personally identifiable information in order to prevent access by unauthorised third parties.
